1980
AALICO was founded to embark on the field of agriculture. The company established first its nursery Tala which primarily focused on the general production of wheat, vegetables, livestock and horticulture products with area exceeding 2 million m2.
1982 to 1992
AALICO expanded its range of services into horticultural beautifications and the production of ornamental plants. Beside, irrigation systems, production of seasonal flowers, growing contracts, landscape maintenance and soil amendments were added to the main portfolio of AALICO services.
1992 to 2008
AALICO ventured into medium sized projects to include the construction and maintenance of landscape and irrigation projects for medical facilities, business and commercial centers and housing developments projects.
2009 to 2019
AALICO upscaled its operations size and started one the fastest MEGA projects in 2009, Princess Nora University and continued in the following years taking on some of the most prestigious projects in the Kingdom such as King Saud University, Al Bustan Residential Compound, Antara Living Riyadh Compound and Riyadh Metro Olaya Batha corridor covering 38 Kilometers across the city.

AALICO started engaging with diversified and technically challenging MEGA and Prestigious Projects spanning across a diversified clientele as Diriyah Gate and MiSK City.
