King Abdulaziz Center for National Dialogue serves as a background for the dialogue between the Saudi society and the political situation in the Middle East. The idea was minimalistic but rooted in the rich history. The client’s vision was a facility in the center of the city, surrounded by mature, big sized trees with an assortment of plant species. AALICO stepped forward and delivered quality landscaping which till date is the focus of the whole project.

From importing the right variety of plants and trees without damage to creating a vast podium in the middle of the building, AALICO created an expression of openness and unity by using lush green landscaping completed with an irrigation system.

A semi-governmental building located on the Northern Ring Branch Road still catches the eye of people passing by and the landscaping serves as  unique feature amongst the nearby buildings. AALICO was able to put character into the building with its passion and specialized services. It’s a project to remember for the whole team.
